Retirement Concepts offers a unique and appealing opportunity to work for a dynamic, forward-thinking employer that provides a wide range of career options. Whether you are stationed at one of our 23 seniors’ residences or our corporate offices in the Lower Mainland, you can expect a workplace that is lively, respectful, and full of growth opportunities. Competitive salaries, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits are just some of the benefits that apply, regardless of your role. We are currently hiring for both permanent and casual positions in various areas such as frontline caregiving, clinical support, facility management, sales, marketing, finance, and administration.

How many employees do you have?

What do you look for in a new employee?

The key qualities needed for working in our community are compassion, empathy, effective communication, patience, and a willingness to learn. These qualities are essential for providing quality care and maintaining ethical standards in the field.

What advice would you give someone who wants to work for your organization?

We encourage candidates to highlight their relevant experience, skills, and enthusiasm for the industry, as well as a strong commitment to their work.
